Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. A standard condominium renovation typically takes 3–5 months from concept to completion. Larger landed properties or commercial spaces may require 6–10 months. We'll provide a detailed timeline at the start of every project.

Yes. While our studio is based in Johor Bahru, we have completed projects across Malaysia and Singapore. Travel and accommodation costs for projects outside JB will be discussed transparently as part of your proposal.

Our design fee covers the full creative and technical design process — concept development, space planning, 3D visualisations, material and FF&E specification, and construction drawings. Project management and contractor fees are quoted separately.

Absolutely. We welcome client-supplied pieces and are happy to incorporate them into the design. We'll advise on compatibility with the overall scheme and ensure installation is properly coordinated.
